1. Jackalope

Our number one summer festival this year is the Jackalope at Olympic Park on the 17th, 18th and 19th of July. This is the largest action sports festival in the country and more specifically, it is also the world cup of skateboard in Canada. Guests can enjoy international professional athletes from skateboarding, wake-skate, motocross, climbing and more. It’s a different and original family event and on top of that, admission is free! You will also have the chance to discover a number of local shops in the pop-up shop section of the festival. We are extremely pleased to participate this year and we invite you all to visit us during these three days! It’s a great opportunity for you to try, touch and feel our wooden sunglasses and iPhone cases.

2. Heavy Montreal

If you’re into heavy metal, this is the place to go! On the 7th, 8th and 9th of August at Parc Jean-Drapeau. Big names in rock music and heavy metal will be in town for the occasion. NOFX, SlipKnot, Billy Talent, Alexisonfire and Korn will be present during the three days of festivities.

3. Soniq Island

On the 14th and 15th of August, at Parc Jean-Drapeau, electronic music lovers will be served. What better way to enjoy the summer than to dance outside for hours to the sound of international DJ’s likes Deadmau5 and Above & Beyond?!

4. Osheaga

Every first weekend of August, Montreal is home to the Osheaga festival, also at the Jean-Drapeau Park. It remains one of the biggest festivals in Montreal and again this year, they receive large caliber bands like the Black Keys, Florence and the Machine, Ben Harper, Weezer, Interpol and Nas. What is particularly awesome about this festival is that you can also discover great smaller bands.

5. Just for Laughs

The Just for Laughs Festival hosts nearly 2 million visitors every year and is recognized all around the world. This year, from July 11th to the 25th, there will be 7 galas gathering many fantastic comedians from Quebec. The theme is the deadly sins… very promising! And let’s not forget all the great and fun parades from the festival.
