We want you to be happy with your product. You’re not? No worries, just return or exchange them. You are allowed to return them up to 7 days after receiving the product.

Non-shipped orders

If you have only placed your order, but it has not yet been shipped out: contact us as soon as possible and we will prevent it from being processed. You will get a full refund.

Shipped orders

You are allowed to return your product up to 7 days after receiving it. The product cannot be broken, damaged or worn. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Your refund excludes the original shipping costs. If you exchange them, we will pay for the shipping costs of your new pair.

The refund will appear on your credit card or paypal account within 14 days. We will process the credit within a week, but in some cases it can take up to a week before the transfer has been processed by the bank. If you have not received anything after two weeks, feel free to contact us.

Use the return/exchange form

In all cases, please use the return/exchange form and follow the instructions to send the package our way. Make sure to print the form, fill it out and put it inside the package. Additionally you can scan the form and email it back to us to @.
