We want you to be happy with your purchase. You’re not? No worries, just return or exchange it. We offer FREE RETURNS up to 7 days for Canadian orders after receiving the product. For international orders, the return shipment is at your own expense. Please, read the important information below.

Non-shipped orders

If you have only placed your order, but it has not yet been shipped out: contact us immediately and we will prevent it from being processed. You will get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

Special Christmas return window: we understand Christmas shopping is best done early! We also understand that these purchases will only be gifted end of December! That is why we accept all returns and exchanges up until the 15th of January free of charge (for Canadian orders). Meaning: we will pay for your return shipping fees if you make sure you return or exchange your purchase before January 15th. Of course products cannot be used, damaged or worn and it needs to be returned in the original packaging. For international orders, we will still accept all returns and exchanges up to 15th of January, with the only difference that the return shipping fees are yours to bare. We will however pay for the shipping fees again if you decide to do an exchange.

Regular policy (temporary not valid): you are allowed to return your product for a refund for up to 30 days. As a service we offer a free return window for up to 7 days (for Canadian orders only). Meaning, we will provide a free return label if you decide within 7 days you would like to return/exchange your purchase. After a week the return shipment fees are at your own expense. For international orders, you are free to return your product for up to 30 days after purchase. The return shipment fees are at your own expense. The product cannot be broken, damaged or worn and needs to be returned in its original packaging.

How to initiate a return/exchange

Simply contact us to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your purchase and if within the valid period, we will provide a free return label. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your order excluding the original shipping fees (if any). Any exchanges are shipped out to you free of charge. Hence, if you request an exchange within the first week of receiving your product, the exchange is entirely free.

Any refund will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account within 14 days. We will process the credit within a week, but in some cases it can take up to a week before the transfer has been processed by the bank. If you have not received anything after two weeks, feel free to contact us.

Use the return/exchange form

In all cases, please use the return/exchange form and follow the instructions to send the package our way. Make sure to print the form, fill it out and put it inside the package. Additionally you can scan the form and email it back to us. Last updated: 2021-11-18
