We want you to be happy with your purchase. You’re not? No worries, just return or exchange it. We offer FREE RETURNS up to 7 days for Canadian orders after receiving the product. For international orders, the return shipment is at your own expense. Please, read the important information below.

Non-shipped orders

If you have only placed your order, but it has not yet been shipped out: contact us immediately and we will prevent it from being processed. You will get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

You are allowed to return your product for a refund for up to 30 days. As a service we offer a free return window for up to 7 days (for Canadian orders only). Meaning, we will provide a free return label if you decide within 7 days you would like to return/exchange your purchase. After a week the return shipment fees are at your own expense. For international orders, you are free to return your product for up to 30 days after purchase. The return shipment fees are at your own expense.

The product cannot be broken, damaged or worn. Simply contact us to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your purchase. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your order excluding the original shipping fees (if any). Any exchanges are shipped out to you free of charge. Hence, if you request an exchange within the first week of receiving your product, the exchange is entirely free.

Any refund will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account within 14 days. We will process the credit within a week, but in some cases it can take up to a week before the transfer has been processed by the bank. If you have not received anything after two weeks, feel free to contact us.

In all cases, please use the return/exchange form and follow the instructions to send the package our way. Make sure to print the form, fill it out and put it inside the package. Additionally you can scan the form and email it back to us to @.
