Non-shipped orders

If you have only placed your order, but it has not yet been shipped out: contact us immediately and we will prevent it from being processed. You will get a full refund.

Returns and exchanges

We offer a free return window for up to 7 days. Meaning, you are allowed to return your product up to 7 days after receiving it and we will provide a free return label. The product cannot be broken, damaged or worn. Simply contact us to let us know you’d like to return or exchange your purchase and we will email your a printable shipping label. Once we have received your return in good condition, we will refund your order excluding the original shipping fees if any. Or if you requested an exchange, we will ship out your new pair free of charge. Hence, exchanges are entirely free.

Any refund will appear on your credit card or PayPal account within 14 days. We will process the credit within a week, but in some cases it can take up to a week before the transfer has been processed by the bank. If you have not received anything after two weeks, feel free to contact us.

Use the return/exchange form

In all cases, please use the return/exchange form and follow the instructions to send the package our way. Make sure to print the form, fill it out and put it inside the package. Additionally you can scan the form and email it back to us to @.
